Happy Friday loves and for those in the states, happy Labor-day weekend!

I am taking advantage of the extra day in this long weekend to visit San Francisco with my hubby. And in fact, by the time you read this I will be either up, up and away, or actually already in San Fran, so check out my Instagram and InstaStories to stay up to date with my travel adventure.

Now, let’s focus on this comfy and casual outfit, which was PERF for running errands (like buying last minute travel-sized toiletries). I adore my high heels ladies, but I sure love to kick back and enjoy some chic flats every once in a while. These espadrilles are the best for when you have a full-day planned ahead and even for traveling (found several affordable options and have linked them above). Aren’t they the ideal combo of chic and comfy? I sure think so!

This striped loose-fitting dress has been in my closet for some time now and I have actually featured it once before when I traveled to Morocco (here). It is definitely the perfect piece for traveling by the way, because it is so versatile. Stripes can be undoubtedly mixed with other patterns believe it or not (take a look here and here to see how I mixed stripes and florals). And because this piece’s main color, it lends itself for the ideal foundation to build an outfit (imagine it with a pop of color, like fiery-red sandals or royal-blue handbag), and it can also be styled with every type of shoe like wedges, heels, and even sneakers. Feliz viernes amores y para aquellos en los Estados Unidos ¡feliz fin de semana largo!

Estoy tomando ventaja del día adicional en este fin de semana para visitar San Francisco. Y, de hecho, cuando lean esto voy a estar volando o ya he aterrizado, así que echen un vistazo a mi Instagram y InstaStories para mantenerse al día con mis aventuras.

En definitiva, es la pieza perfecta para viajar porque es muy versátil.
