Well hello March!
The year is flying by and in 17 days, spring officially begins. Not long after that, the sought-after summer months will be approaching. Where tourist and locals alike, flock the beautiful sandy beaches all around the world, and I, will probably be sunbathing in a nearby Caribbean island (yes I am sooo planning my next tropical vacation!).
So back to reality and to my second look from my trip to DC. I wore this for a workshop I attended (read more about that here), and it was perfect. I am all about feeling comfy and looking chic. The weather in Washington was surprisingly the best evah! Even my friends were shocked at how nice it was. I’ve had several of these pieces for a while; so I decided to pair the jacket (which I’ve worn here), pants (also worn many times here and here) and beanie together. Ladies, if you have pieces you love, even from past seasons, why not mix and match them with newer ones. Remember, timeless pieces never go out of style.

El año está volando por en solo 17 días, la primavera oficialmente comienza. No mucho después de eso, se acercarán los meses de verano. Donde los turistas y locales, por igual, acuden a las hermosas playas de alrededor del mundo, y yo, probablemente estaré tomando el sol en una isla caribeña cercana (¡sí! ya estoy planeando mis próximas vacaciones tropicales).
Bueno de regreso a la realidad y a mi segundo outfit de cuando viajé a Washington DC. Vestí este look a un taller que asistí (lean más sobre eso aquí), y fue ideal para la ocasión. La mejoría de las veces trato de combinar piezas en que pueda sentirme cómoda y al mismo tiempo lucir elegante. ¡Y el clima en Washington fue sorprendentemente el mejor! Incluso, mis amigas se sorprendieron de lo agradable que era. He tenido la mayoría de estas piezas ya por un tiempo; chaqueta (cual he usado aquí antes), pantalones (aquí y aquí) y gorro, cual decidí combinarlas. Chicas, si tienen piezas que aman, incluso de temporadas pasadas, por qué no combinarlas con las más nuevas. Recuerden, las piezas clásicas nunca pasan de moda.
