[one_half]Although spring has officially made it to our calendars (which I am loving!), it actually feels more like summer in South Florida (which I am also loving). That is why this past weekend, I opted for this comfy ensemble to run some errands and enjoy a delish lunch at a new Peruvian restaurant the hubby and I discovered.
I recently purchased this utility vest during my bi-weekly run to TJMAXX! #Score! And although I was initially heading to the home décor section, I had to make an immediate stop when as I saw this embroidered cutie. I can’t believe it took me this long to own a piece of this trend (which is pretty much everywhere, including shoes!). Another reason why it caught my eye was that it was sleeveless. In other words, PERFECT for Miami.
Now, onto another key item of the look, these Marc Fisher platform sandals, which are the comfiest! Interesting enough, last time I wore them, I styled them with olive green joggers (here). Goes to show that this combo, of nudes, blushes and olive green, is very versatile. And I am all about versatility and comfort.

Es por eso que el fin de semana pasado, opté por este conjunto cómodo para hacer diligencias y disfrutar de un delicioso almuerzo en un nuevo restaurante peruano que mi esposo y yo descubrimos.
Recientemente adquirí esta chaqueta durante mi viaje semanal a TJMAXX. Y aunque inicialmente me dirigía a la sección de decoración del hogar, tuve que hacer una parada inmediata cuando vi esta perfección con detalles de bordados. No puedo creer que me tomó tanto tiempo para poseer una pieza con esta tendencia (que está prácticamente por todas partes, ¡hasta en zapatos!). Otra razón por la que llamó mi atención fue porque no tiene mangas. En otras palabras, PERFECTO para Miami.
Continuemos, con otro elemento clave de este look; estas sandalias de plataforma de Marc Fisher, que son ¡súper cómodas! Y algo interesante que note; la última vez que vestí estas mismas sandalias, las combine con unos pantalones verde oliva (aquí). Cual demuestra que esta combinación, de beige y verde oliva, es muy versátil.
