Now that New York, Paris, London and Milan Fashion Weeks are over, let’s get into one of the most coveted trends seen throughout many of the shows. The soft and luxe fabric of velvet was as intense as color blocking was last year. Its rich appeal can definitely take any outfit to the next level. So when on a recent trip to, you guessed it, Zara, I knew I had to have this beautiful rose quartz jacket. The fabric is not the only thing that I felt in love with. The color, which happens to be the color of the year, is what truly stole my heart. All I could think of was the different options I could style this cutie in. And when it was time to get to it, I pretty much spent about an hour playing dress up. Until the hubby came is, hurrying me to dinner.

CHAQUETA DE TERCIOPELO + DENIM

Ahora que las Semanas de Moda en Nueva York, París, Londres y Milán han terminado, vamos a platicar sobre una de las tendencias más codiciadas que se vio muchísimo en la pasarela. La sedosa y lujosa caracteristica del terciopelo fue tan intensa como la combinación de colores llamativos fue el año pasado. Su calidad que grita opulencia definitivamente puede elevar cualquier outfit al siguiente nivel. Así que cuando en un reciente viaje a Zara, sabía que tenía que tener esta hermosa chaqueta de color rosa. La tela no fue la única cosa que me enamoro. El color, que de por sierto es el color del año, es lo que realmente me robó el corazón. Y cuando llegó el momento de estilar esta belleza, tome como una hora jugando con diferentes combinacione; hasta que llegó mi esposo y apresurandome para cenar.
